Super Speedy Stuffed Pepper

Here's an entree that can be made in less than the time it takes you to shower :) I had it for dinner today.

 That's pretty much all you need. 
Tempeh/tofu, red pepper, avocado, a prepared sauce of you choice (hummus, curry sauce, tomato sauce, etc...salad dressings work well too!)

 A 100% satisfaction guaranteed way to remove avocado pit- Grab a sharp knife, smack it onto the pit so that the blade cuts into it, then without pulling the knife out, twist it left or right

 et Voila! Nice and clean! 

 Another cool avocado tip- Cube avocadoes in less than 10 seconds
All you have to do is grab a spoon and cut as above

 Then, scoop the whole thing out

 There you go!

 Tempeh, avocado, and my Indian curry sauce mixed together. I also added wakame buds and some spices (black pepper, garlic powder, curry powder...anything that complements the sauce that you use!)
Once you're done mixing, stuff it into your pepper :) 

 Ta-da! I topped them with broccoli sprouts.
The stuff in the middle is grilled veggies that my mom bought. If you like things to look nice, decorate your plate with fresh herbs :D
